1. Using Devnoric
By using Devnoric.com, creating an account, purchasing a product or joining the VIP Club, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Your Account
Please provide accurate information when creating an account. Your account is personal and must not be shared, sold or transferred to another person. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
3. Products and Licences
Devnoric provides access to software products and digital resources. Access to a product does not automatically include a commercial or redistribution licence. You are responsible for following the licence and copyright rules of the product owner.
Individually purchased products remain available according to their product description. Where lifetime access is offered, future updates will be provided when available through Devnoric.
4. VIP Club
VIP members receive access to eligible products and additional benefits according to their selected plan.
VIP access and benefits depend on the plan selected at the time of purchase. The applicable features, duration and access conditions are displayed during the purchase process.
VIP benefits may include direct download links, no advertisements, no waiting time, email and WhatsApp support, and priority support for Lifetime members.
Your VIP access is activated after successful payment and ends when your plan expires.
5. Payments and Plan Upgrades
Payment methods and prices are displayed at checkout.
You can upgrade to a higher plan within 3 days of purchase by paying the price difference. After 3 days, the full price of the new plan will apply.
If you purchase a new plan while another plan is active, the new plan may replace the previous one. Unless stated otherwise, VIP plans are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.
6. Fair Use
You must not share your account, redistribute downloaded files, bypass download limits, use bots or scraping tools, or use Devnoric for illegal activities.
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, unauthorised sharing or violations of these Terms.
7. Support and Feedback
The general Contact Us form is only for comments, feedback and suggestions.
For account, payment, download or technical support, please use the dedicated Support form in your user dashboard.
We try to help with product-related issues, but specialised technical support for every product cannot be guaranteed.
8. Website Availability and Changes
We may update prices, products, features or these Terms from time to time. We cannot guarantee that every product will work on every device or remain available permanently.

۱. استفاده از Devnoric
با استفاده از Devnoric.com، ایجاد حساب کاربری، خرید محصول یا عضویت در باشگاه VIP، با این شرایط موافقت می‌کنید. اگر با این شرایط موافق نیستید، لطفاً از وب‌سایت و خدمات ما استفاده نکنید.
۲. حساب کاربری
هنگام ایجاد حساب کاربری، اطلاعات صحیح وارد کنید. حساب کاربری شخصی است و نباید با شخص دیگری به اشتراک گذاشته، فروخته یا منتقل شود. حفظ امنیت اطلاعات ورود بر عهده شماست.
۳. محصولات و مجوزها
Devnoric دسترسی به محصولات نرم‌افزاری و منابع دیجیتال را فراهم می‌کند. دسترسی به یک محصول، به‌صورت خودکار شامل مجوز تجاری یا مجوز بازتوزیع آن نیست. رعایت قوانین مجوز و کپی‌رایت هر محصول بر عهده کاربر است.
محصولات خریداری‌شده به‌صورت تکی، طبق توضیحات صفحه محصول در دسترس خواهند بود. در محصولاتی که دسترسی مادام‌العمر ارائه می‌شود، به‌روزرسانی‌های آینده در صورت ارائه از طریق Devnoric در دسترس قرار خواهند گرفت.
۴. باشگاه VIP
اعضای VIP بر اساس پلن انتخابی خود به محصولات واجد شرایط و امکانات ویژه دسترسی پیدا می‌کنند.
امکانات و شرایط دسترسی VIP بر اساس پلنی که هنگام خرید انتخاب می‌کنید، مشخص می‌شود. امکانات، مدت‌زمان و شرایط استفاده در زمان خرید نمایش داده خواهند شد.
امکانات VIP ممکن است شامل لینک دانلود مستقیم، حذف تبلیغات، حذف زمان انتظار، پشتیبانی از طریق ایمیل و واتساپ و پشتیبانی اولویت‌دار برای اعضای مادام‌العمر باشد.
دسترسی VIP پس از تکمیل موفق پرداخت فعال می‌شود و با پایان مدت پلن خاتمه پیدا می‌کند.
۵. پرداخت و ارتقای پلن
روش‌های پرداخت و قیمت نهایی در صفحه پرداخت نمایش داده می‌شوند.
شما می‌توانید تا سه روز پس از خرید، پلن خود را با پرداخت مابه‌التفاوت به پلن بالاتر ارتقا دهید. پس از سه روز، برای خرید پلن جدید باید مبلغ کامل آن را پرداخت کنید.
اگر در زمان فعال بودن یک پلن، پلن جدیدی خریداری کنید، پلن جدید ممکن است جایگزین پلن قبلی شود. مگر اینکه خلاف آن ذکر شده باشد، پلن‌های VIP خریدهای یک‌باره هستند و به‌صورت خودکار تمدید نمی‌شوند.
۶. استفاده منصفانه
اشتراک‌گذاری حساب کاربری، بازتوزیع فایل‌های دانلودشده، دورزدن محدودیت‌های دانلود، استفاده از ربات‌ها یا ابزارهای استخراج اطلاعات و استفاده غیرقانونی از Devnoric ممنوع است.
در صورت سوءاستفاده، تقلب، اشتراک‌گذاری غیرمجاز یا نقض این شرایط، می‌توانیم حساب کاربری را تعلیق یا مسدود کنیم.
۷. پشتیبانی و ارسال بازخورد
فرم عمومی Contact Us فقط برای ارسال نظرات، بازخوردها و پیشنهادها است.
برای مشکلات مربوط به حساب کاربری، پرداخت، دانلود یا مسائل فنی، لطفاً از فرم اختصاصی Support در داشبورد کاربری استفاده کنید.
ما تلاش می‌کنیم مشکلات مربوط به محصولات را بررسی کنیم؛ اما ارائه پشتیبانی تخصصی برای همه محصولات تضمین نمی‌شود.
۸. دسترسی به وب‌سایت و تغییرات
ما می‌توانیم قیمت‌ها، محصولات، امکانات یا این شرایط را هر زمان به‌روزرسانی کنیم. همچنین تضمین نمی‌کنیم که همه محصولات روی تمام دستگاه‌ها کار کنند یا برای همیشه در دسترس باقی بمانند.
